In February, I joined Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy to announce an investigation of High-Speed Rail. The findings are in: California is woefully “out-of-compliance” with federal requirements, there is “no viable path forward,” and $4 billion in funding will be terminated.  This is the beginning of the end for the High-Speed Rail disaster.
