We won. SB 866, the bill to let minors get vaccinated without parental consent, is officially dead. The author of the bill claimed he was only “a couple votes short.” Another Democrat legislator shot down that claim, saying: “believe me…it was more than a couple votes short!” I’m grateful my last day at the State
