Newsom has released the map of new congressional districts for his Redistricting Sham. I am his number one target. As a leading expert said, “This map is a huge middle finger from Governor Newsom to Congressman Kevin Kiley.” The reason, of course, is he’s tired of losing to us.

Newsom has drawn an "Elephant Map" for my district, where the "trunk" collects new Democrat voters. You can see it here. Last year, of course, Newsom sent his staff member to run against me and lost by 46,000 votes. So he’s now trying to improve his odds by cheating.

Since voters already took away his power to adopt this rigged map, he’s calling a “Special Election” on Nov. 4 to blow up the Constitution and get that power back. The good news, as I said on the Ingraham Angle, is that two-thirds of voters are opposed to this corrupt scheme.

The bad news is he’s preparing to rig the vote by tricking voters into thinking Yes is No and No is Yes. To prepare for the coming battle, I’ve released a “How Newsom Cheats” case study from Prop. 36. I’ve also introduced a bill in Congress to stop Newsom at the national level.

Meanwhile, Newsom has just lost in court, again. As I predicted, a federal court struck down his law banning parody, which he signed last year after he saw a video mocking Kamala Harris he didn't like. Speaking of free speech, Jim Jordan and I have a new op-ed about shocking threats from Europe.

Chair Jordan and I have given FireAid a deadline of September 2 for a detailed breakdown of all nonprofits that received funds, including the amount, date, recipient, and purpose of each expenditure. We've also made clear that the remaining $25 million must go to victims.
