A federal court has found a D.C. law removing the requirement of parental consent for the COVID vaccine to be unconstitutional. The court ruled on federal preemption and Free Exercise grounds. I’m calling for California’s similar bill, SB 866, to be withdrawn immediately.

SB 866 is one of eight radical bills put forward by our Legislature’s “Vaccine Work Group.” You can sign up at the bottom of the page and I’ll update you on their status.
