Tonight, we announce how much support we received in the Third Quarter. The whole political world – including our opponents – will see the strength of our war chest. We are in a fierce battle to keep the seat that secured the GOP Majority, and there are just a few more hours until the deadline.

If you have just a moment, you can quickly make a donation for the deadline here. But I also wanted to give you a full sense of the headwinds we are facing.
Gavin Newsom has sent his own Deputy Secretary to run against us. After working for Newsom for 5 years, Jessica Morse abruptly resigned her position and declared her campaign for Congress with the slogan, “Kevin Kiley is a problem.”

It’s of course understandable why Newsom wants us gone. We’ve used this seat in the House to counteract many of his worst abuses and to expose his catastrophic record. We are standing squarely in the path he hopes to take to the White House. That is the “problem,” in his view.

I need your help to continue being a “problem” for Newsom.

The entire California Democrat Party apparatus has also closed ranks. They are holding “Kick Out Kiley” rallies all across the district, flooding college campuses with scare-mongering leaflets, and organizing frequent phone banks.

Please help me fight back and close the quarter strong with a secure online citizen donation in whatever amount you can give.

And then there are the National Democrats, who have put us on their official “target” list and are poised to spend huge amounts against us.

It’s understandable why the National Democrats want us gone, as well. We are holding them accountable like no one else in DC. As a freshman member, I have cross-examined more Biden Cabinet officials than any Member of the House.

That includes Attorney General Garland, FBI Director Wray, Homeland Secretary Mayorkas, HHS Secretary Becerra, Education Secretary Cardona, “Acting” Labor Secretary Su, OSHA Director Parker, DEA Administrator Milgram, FTC Director Khan, ATF Director Dettlebach, and more.

Life would be a lot easier for Newsom, Pelosi, and the Biden Administration without us. But it would be a lot worse for our state and country, especially if it means losing the Majority.
