Newsom has extended the school mask mandate through March 11. Because why not give kids a couple more weeks of pointless misery. 

Meanwhile, as CalMatters reports, all the obsessive new vaccine bills would make California “an outlier among states.” You can see the full list here; as always, our state is leading in the very worst way. 

The good news is we’ve stopped such bills before. I believe we can stop each and every one of them now. 

In fact, this month we can restore a modicum of sanity at the Capitol. My agenda for March is simple: Repeal Prop. 47. Suspend the Gas Tax. End the Emergency. 

If you managed to watch the State of the Union last night, the need for new political leadership has never been so painfully clear. And it had a dreadfully familiar ring.

I don’t know which is worse: that Newsom called California a “model for the nation” or that Biden believed him. He and his radical allies in Congress want to turn California from the outlier to the norm.

We can’t let that happen. We cannot allow our country to go down the same disastrous path as California.
