Join The Fight

Kevin Kiley is a Republican California Legislator fighting back against the Supermajority and Special Interests at the State Capitol and Washington D.C. An illegal bio lab was just raided in Vegas. It’s run by the same CCP-linked Chinese nationals who operated the secret bio lab found a few years ago in Reedley, CA, which was oozing with E. Coli, HIV, Malaria, and other dangerous pathogens.

After the Reedley discovery, I called for a House investigation. The report that followed contained truly unbelievable details about the lab and the CPP-linked fugitive who ran it. I'm now calling for urgent action on my bill to find all of these labs and shut them down.

Meanwhile, I've asked the Government Accountability Office to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the total amount of fraud in California. You can read the full NY Post feature here. As I noted on Fox, we’ve already made progress reining in some of Newsom’s fraud.

I’m also introducing federal legislation to compel California to lower its gas tax. The Supermajorty, meanwhile, is going entirely in the opposite direction entirely, exploring a new “mileage tax” to impose on California drivers on top of the highest-in-the-nation gas tax.

And in a display of pure self-parody, Newsom held a celebration for a "major high-speed rail milestone." After 17 years and $17 billion, a single railhead has been completed in Kern County in the year 2026. The entire LA to SF train was supposed to be finished by 2020.

Fortunately, my proposal to cut off all federal funding has been signed into law by President Trump. Not coincidentally, as we ramp up efforts to identity waste and fraud, Newsom is now pushing a bill to keep records of the project secret.

Finally, the Supreme Court unfortunately declined to block Prop. 50. That means Newsom's Gerrymander is locked in for 2026, breaking my district into six pieces. Based on your feedback, I've now narrowed these six reelection options down to two: District 5 and District 6.

Help me keep fighting Newsom and winning
