Newsom has set a "Special Election" for his Redistricting Sham: November 4. He also just released a poll suggesting 57% of voters are for it. But a Politico poll shows 64% against it. The difference is fraud. Newsom has twisted the ballot language to make “Yes” look like “No.”
That means our main task will be getting out the truth. We actually have three ways to stop Newsom’s scheme. First, I’ve introduced a bill in Congress to halt it. Second, several lawsuits are being filed. Third, we can win the vote on Nov. 4 despite Newsom stacking the deck.
And he is stacking it in every conceivable way: CHIRLA, the group that organized the LA riot, is now leading the "grassroots organizing" for Newsom’s ballot measure. Newsom previously gave CHIRLA $34 million in public funds – my No Tax Dollars for Riots Act will limit such funding.
This all comes at a time when our wins and Newsom’s losses keep piling up. As one example, homelessness and crime in California have modestly improved thanks to our win at the Supreme Court and Prop. 36. Newsom opposed us on both – yet he is now trying to take credit.
Meanwhile, America's most farcical agency, the CA Coastal Commission, is again trying to stop SpaceX launches. Last time they tried this they admitted it was because they didn't like Elon's political posts. I've introduced a bill to strip the Commission's powers under federal law.
We also learned only one state had its unemployment increase last month: ours. And we already "led" the nation. Newsom is desperate for something to run on in 2028, because his record is the worst in America. As I said on Fox News, that’s the purpose of his Redistricting Sham.
This is battle between people of decency who care about our state and the corrupt political class doing everything possible to destroy it. And when we beat this, Newsom’s presidential campaign will be over before it begins.
